Cancellation Policy

To book a driving lesson, the lesson fee must be paid at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson for any reason, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the lesson start time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed lessons for any reason will require full payment.
• If the lesson fee has already been paid, it will not be refunded if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.

It is your responsibility to check and confirm the times and dates of your lessons.

Driving Test Bookings:
For driving test cancellations, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) requires at least three clear working days’ notice to avoid losing your test fee.
