Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mateo’s Driving School. By booking our driving lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments

• All lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

2. Lesson Requirements

• You must hold a valid and appropriate driving license for all lessons.
• You are responsible for bringing your license to each lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being canceled.
• Lessons may be conducted in your vehicle or the instructor’s vehicle, as agreed.

3. Liability

• Mateo’s Driving School is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or traffic conditions.
• While every effort is made to ensure safety, the instructor cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during lessons unless caused by their negligence.

4. Conduct

• Mutual respect between the instructor and learner is expected at all times. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of lessons without a refund.

5. Privacy

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

• Mateo’s Driving School reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients where applicable.
